I offer couples the option to incorporate  assessment tools such as the PREPARE/ENRICH program and The Gottman Relationship check in into their treatment. 

The Prepare/Enrich program is an evidenced-based assessment tool that works to equip marriages, couples, and families with evidenced-based skills and insights to foster healthy relationships. 

The Gottman Relationship Checkup is a questionnaire composed of 480 questions about friendship, intimacy, emotions, conflict, values and trust, and more. This assessment is a research-based tool used as a method for learning the strengths and challenges of a relationship and to determine a treatment plan.
